Happy Mother's Day

I know I am a day late but I didn't want to miss the chance of thanking my Mom for being my best friend. I know all relationships with our Mom's are special but I would like to say mine is the best!! I know there is a reason my Mom is in my life and that I was born into her family. I can always count on her to make my day a little better or to give me a call just to say hello! Many words come to my mind when I think of my Mother.... Caring, thoughtfull, best friend, encouraging, smart, forgiving, patient, understanding. My Mom has all of these qualities and many more. I looked up to my Mother as a child and I look up to her even more as I am raising my own children. I know that I can count on my Mom for anything and I am so thankful for all the time she has spent with me and bringing me up in the gospel where I can be with her forever and teaching me the things that will help me out in my life. As the saying goes... the only thing better than having her for a Mother is knowing my children have her as a Grandmother, what an amazing blessing this is. So to you Mom on mother's day, thank you for all you have done for me and my family, for all the sacrifices you have made, for not giving me away when I was a teenager and didn't want anything to do with anything you said!!, thank you for the prayers and for being there for me during the happy and even more in the sad times. Its all about the magic and you have certainly made my life magical. I love you!!
