Growing up

Paisley is 4 months already... time sure does fly by!! She is so much fun! Her personality is really starting to come out! She is full of smiles and is starting to laugh, it so much fun to have her in our home! Gavin is still in love with his sister! He LOVES to kiss her and hug her and clap her hands and wiggle her feet when she is a sleep, very convienent I tell you! We've started feeding her rice, the Dr said to try it out and see if it helps make it so she doesn't throw up as much... so far she is doing better, we'll keep our fingers crossed!! Here are a few pictures of "Sister Bear" we are sure lucky to have her!

Gavin's scooter tragedy!!

We all went over to my parents house and we brought Gavin's scooter with that Grandpa and Grandma Schmidt gave him for Christmas. We figured it was nice enough outside that he could try it out since it doesn't work too well in snow!! So we went over and Gavin was SUPER excited! We brought his helmet... ya we know our boy!! And away he went. My Mom was out with the camera of course and was sitting on the steps to the house and Dallas was standing by the car taking pictures with our camera, Gavin was SO pre-occupied by striking a pose or making sure he gave us good photo opps that next thing we know he has fallen and then is screaming bloody murder. I was sitting next to Mom and Gavin turned and his hand was covering what looked like his eye, I ran over to him although I was a bit scared in case it was his eye, I don't know that I'm capable of dealing with eye wounds! Luckily it was his nose and cheek. I carried him inside and he was saying "this is awful" and "this is NOT the best day of my life" ha ha ha!! We got him all cleaned up and put the magical bandaids on and he was okay!! Luckily!! Anyways here are the pictures we got before the tragedy!!

Evil Grandma is 50!!!

We had a 50th birthday party for Dallas' mom Malynn at our house yesterday. We decorated the house with a bunch of black balloons and had a cake made for her. It was quite the day! Dallas and I bought her her first pack of Denpends!! AWWW.. I know we are just too sweet! After everyone was gone she kindly modeled them on for us ha ha ha!! Happy Birthday Evil Grandma!!

Elder Bronson Dane Schmidt

Yesterday we took my brother Bronson to the MTC. It was a bitter sweet day. Bronson recieved his mission call back in December and has been called to serve in the Geneva Switzerland mission. I kept telling him to delay turning in his papers so that he would be able to see my little Paisley before he left on his mission. Not only did he get to see her but he got to spend 4 months with her. I am very thankful for that, I know its selfish but hey!! Four months later there we were dropping him off and saying our goodbyes. He is such a great guy and will come back an even better one!! Bronson will be in the MTC until June, he will be learning the French language. I'll keep the updates coming on him when I recieve any!! Here are some of the pictures from yesterday.
