Gavin's Birthday Week

Wow!! I am so glad that Gavin's bithday is over! It was a whole week long birthday! Monday the 11th was his actual birthday. I waited until he fell asleep on Sunday and blew up some balloons and made him a poster. When he woke up, he said "I can't believe the Birthday Fairy came" I also found a website online that has pre loaded songs with kids names in them for their birthday so I had that playing. I asked him "how did they know your name?" and he said "I must be famous"!!

I took cupcakes in to his class and we made him a poster that was all about him. He got to tell his friends all about him and they asked questions. It was cute and he seemed to really like it.

We wrote on our car that it was his birthday and to honk for him. We did this last year and he really loved it! He got some honks from people and even an ambulace honked for him!

After he came home from school we headed out to the zoo! There wasn't a whole lot of people there so it was really nice.

After the zoo we had my Mom, Dad, Brittany and Lindsay meet up with us at Leatherby's. We had dinner and icecream. The workers had Gavin stand on his chair and we all sang Happy Birthday!

Then we came home and he got to open his gift from Dallas and I. We got him the Game Cube and Star Wars Lego game.

THIS WAS THE END OF MONDAY!!!

Saturday we had his friends over and they played on water slides and we had some water balloon games. There was about 25 kids there. He got a lot of fun gifts.

Then Sunday we had family over for just cake and Ice cream!
