Happy Birthday to Me!

I had a Dr's appointment on April 12th, I figured it would be the routine check up and I'd be seeing the dr in 4 weeks as usual! I had Bronson and Paisley with me which always makes for annoying appointments since its so boring for them, and they can't sit still. I went in and I had lost more weight, and wasn't going to the bathroom as I should be, my Dr suggested that I meet with maternal fetal medicine and so I did. I still had Bronson and Paisley with me at that point, which again isn't my ideal situation especially when they were doing the ultrasound to see how the baby was doing etc. So turns out the baby is doing okay but because I have lost so much weight they decided that I needed to be admitted. I called Dallas and thankfully he had already set up his time at work to only work a half of day because it was my birthday. He came and got the kids to take them to my parents and off I went to be admitted. That night I ate two saltine crackers and they came up... so the on call Dr said I had successfully failed and I was off to get a feeding tube :( I was then put at nothing by mouth until that Saturday while they were increasing my feeds through the tube. I finally got to come home Friday night which I was soooo glad that I was able to get out. I am on the feeding tube for 24 hours, which I really don't like, but at least I don't have to worry so much about eating. About a week after I got the tube in, I threw it up, let me just say it was seriously horrible. I went in the next day and got another tube placed.
I have now had the feeding tube for 5 weeks and I'm seriously sooo sick of it. I just wish I could be done with it, and done with the weekly dr's appointments and just a normal pregnant girl. The Dr has said that I will have it until I can eat and drink everything on my own, which seems like an impossibility. If this wasn't enough, more than likely i'll have to deal with the toxemia again, my Dr has mentioned this since the beginning letting me know she doubts I will make it full term but we'll see.
So there is the story of this pregnancy so far... its definitely been my worst pregnancy by far :( But at least there is a wonderful reward at the end!! (which is taking forever ha ha)
