Gavin's Birthday Week

Wow!! I am so glad that Gavin's bithday is over! It was a whole week long birthday! Monday the 11th was his actual birthday. I waited until he fell asleep on Sunday and blew up some balloons and made him a poster. When he woke up, he said "I can't believe the Birthday Fairy came" I also found a website online that has pre loaded songs with kids names in them for their birthday so I had that playing. I asked him "how did they know your name?" and he said "I must be famous"!!

I took cupcakes in to his class and we made him a poster that was all about him. He got to tell his friends all about him and they asked questions. It was cute and he seemed to really like it.

We wrote on our car that it was his birthday and to honk for him. We did this last year and he really loved it! He got some honks from people and even an ambulace honked for him!

After he came home from school we headed out to the zoo! There wasn't a whole lot of people there so it was really nice.

After the zoo we had my Mom, Dad, Brittany and Lindsay meet up with us at Leatherby's. We had dinner and icecream. The workers had Gavin stand on his chair and we all sang Happy Birthday!

Then we came home and he got to open his gift from Dallas and I. We got him the Game Cube and Star Wars Lego game.

THIS WAS THE END OF MONDAY!!!

Saturday we had his friends over and they played on water slides and we had some water balloon games. There was about 25 kids there. He got a lot of fun gifts.

Then Sunday we had family over for just cake and Ice cream!

Paisley

Paisley hasn't been feeling great the last couple of days, we're thinking she has another ear infections. She's been running a fever between 102-103 and it will go down while the motrin/tylenol is working. Poor Girlie. Needless to say she's been very clinging and very uncomfortable.

On Sunday she was really restless and couldn't get comfortable and was crying. I asked her if she wanted to watch Mama Mia (this is a cure to most of her bad days) She perked right up and even started dancing some.

Then yesterday she climbed into the baby swing and fell asleep TOO CUTE!! Then today I had her laying in bed with me and she looked like she was going to fall asleep so I started to fall asleep then I few minutes later I turned to check on her and she was gone, I went downstairs to find her, and she had made it down all the stairs but the last two... and there she was sleeping with her blankie! Hopefully she starts feeling better soon

Happy Birthday Gavin

Happy Birthday Gavin!!! Today Gavin turns 6 years old! I can't believe how fast the time has gone by. He's made each minute memorable with his non stop talking and unstoppable imagination! We are so proud of Gavin and the BIG BOY he's growing up to be! He's such a great big brother to Paisley and Bronson!! We Love you big guy!! Here are some fun facts about Gavin.

• Dinosaurs are his "favorite species"
• He has a new "girlfriend" each week (depends if they broke up or not)
• He loves video games and his biggest wish is that he gets Game Cube and Star Wars Legos
• He LOVES sleeping over at his Grandma and Grandpas
• When he smiles his missing teeth shape a car! ha ha!!
• He never forgets to say his prayers!
• He's afraid of the tooth fairy!
• He loves the zoo and all the animals
• There's no such thing as a "good guy" when he is playing with any toys!
• He's lost 3 teeth and knocked 1 out so he could get some money :)
• He knows and sings along to a lot of songs
• He can write his first and last name, knows his address, and his Mom and Dad's phone #'s
• He can do the ROBOT
• He takes 3 days to clean his room
• He's counting down the days until he is done with Kindergarten
• He will start telling us what he wants for Christmas the day after his birthday

He is Super Funny and keeps us busy and laughing all day long!

TEAM WORK!!!

We finally got out to mow our yard tonight! I finally figured out what was wrong with the lawmower (after 5 freaking years of dealing with it stalling after mowing 2 strips no matter how long the grass is, then you would have to wait 30 minutes to be able to start the dang thing again) anyways its fixed!! Cost $0.00 it was fantastic! ha ha ha!! Its almost embarrassing to say what the problem was so I'll just skip that explanation ha ha ha!!

So Dallas was working on the weed eater and I was doing the mowing. Paisley wanted me to hold her so we settled for this! :)

She LOVED it! TEAM WORK .... RIGHT??? I took Gavin over to his weekend parents (I mean to his Grandparents :) and took a couple pictures of Paisley and my Mom! Cute!!

My Sisters

My sisters went and got their pictures taken together. I think they turned out sooo cute!! I mean they are cute, so I didn't expect anything less! But still! Here are a few of their pictures!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY ARE BOTH STILL SINGLE HA HA HA

The DONUT MONSTER!!!!

Dallas' parents came in to town this past weeked. They stayed at our house from Sunday to Monday. Sunday night Dallas' Mom made donuts. Mind you this was around 10:30pm or 11pm. Anyways the kids were still up visiting and and I was talking with Dallas' Mom when Gavin comes up to the table and yells "MOM... PAISLEY" I turn around and found her indulging on the pan of donuts. She had the biggest smile when I turned around like ha ha beat you to it!! She would take a bite, put it down and continue until it was gone!! What a little stinker
