SILENCING OF THE SNORER
In December I finally made Dallas get checked for sleep apnea, he is always tired, and onery and did I mention tired! When Paisley was born that's what he did, sleep or watch tv which would make him sleep. It was more than frustrating and super embarrassing especially when the nurses would come in and I'd have this horrible noise coming from my room, it is awful. So anyways we had to take Paisley in the day after we got out of the hospital so I found this a perfect opportunity to quiet the beast! So I told the Dr that he snores and no matter how much sleep he gets its not enough so he got Dallas set up to do a sleep study, he had to wear this watch looking thing and a thing on his finger for his pulse, it recorded how he sleeps for the one night then we had to wait to see if he had it... sure enough he has sleep apnea. The next step was to have Dallas go to the hospital and do an overnight sleep study there, he had to try on a couple of the masks and the Dr's would watch him sleep. Of couse Dallas felt NO shame in taking pictures of each mask and sending them to me!! Quite entertaining! The Dr called yesterday to let him know that he will need to use a CPAP machine, so now I just hope I can sleep with the sound of the machine going ha ha ha!!
