Gavin at school...

Gavin has been in school for 3 days now, its so strange to me that he is in school, how could my little guy already be in school... where did the time go??
He seems to be liking it though. Although the 1st day he broke his teacher in and got in trouble!! That's my boy!! I predicted that he would get expelled the 1st day of school so I guess that is a good thing that it wasn't that bad!! He has a friend down the street that is also in his class and they weren't keeping their hands to themselves (typical boys) so the teacher just asked them to keep their hands to themselves. So that was day one!! Yesterday he did a lot better thank goodness! Although he said his teacher kept saying "Gavin sit on your pockets" over and over and Gavin said "But I don't know what my pockets are" that was pretty cute, so I explained that his pockets are on him bum. ha ha!
I guess yesterday they got to find the gingerbread man! He was so excited! I love to hear any stories from him, since he rations them, he says he forgets what he did all day so any recollection of the day is great!!
He got a homework assignment that we work on every day several times a day. He is supposed to memorize His full name, His Address, His phone #, and his parents name. He's suprisingly done awesome with this. He knows all of them!!! I was amazed! I've also had him practicing writing his name, his numbers, we practice his abc's and counting! I've been trying to make homework really exciting and it seems to be working so far!! We'll see how long it lasts!
