BRAVE GAVIN

OUR BRAVE GAVIN

Today we took Gavin in to the dentist again to have his tooth pulled out since it was infected. We tried this on Friday but after being there for 2 hours and him not letting them do anything we gave up. So we told Gavin that if the bubble got any worse we would have to go in and the tooth would have to come out.

So today was the big day. We had been prepping Gavin all day, we were talking him in to getting the gas (we kept blowing right by his nose so he would know how it felt) and we were showing him how the numbing gel would be (by putting anbesol in his mouth) and we were telling him how he just needed to be brave and it was okay to cry (because Mommy would cry too) and bribing him with everything. So the Dentist (Dr. Dean) met us there (THANK YOU!!) and Gavin had been letting them put the laughing gas thing go on his nose HUGE improvement!! He was showing us how BRAVE he could be!! Anyways sparing all the details the tooth is finally out!! Gavin was SUPER brave and such a big boy for getting his tooth out!! He's going to put the tooth under his pillow tonight for the tooth fairy to get it!!

WAY TO GO GAVIN!! YOU'RE SUCH A BIG BOY!!! WE'RE SO PROUD OF YOU FOR GETTING YOUR TOOTH OUT!! :) :) :)
