Adventures at Bear Lake

We were able to go to Bear Lake again this year. It was a lot of fun! We left on the 7th and came home on the 10th. We had a lot of people come along this year, I think 40 people came!! My parents brought up their 5th wheel, the 1st day we got there it was already night time and it was pouring rain.... so we slept in the trailer. The next day we were able to clear the water out of the tent that got in when Dallas was trying to set the tent up the night before. It was actually a good day. We went over to the Raspberry Days booths for maybe 10 minutes ha ha! Gavin went on a little train and Brittany held Paisley in it also. After going to the booths we went back and Shari and Arthur and their kids got to the KOA so we played miniture golf with the kids, it was hot. Gavin had a lot of fun though, each time he hit the ball in the hole he'd yell " I won I won". The next day we headed out to the lake. We had a lot of fun there, we took Paisley in the water, I didn't remember my camera so I will have to see if someone else got a picture of her, she loved the water though. People went out on the boat and we just stayed on the beach. Frank and Rowena brought their 4 runners they were a lot of fun. That day ended with a huge rain/wind storm just like last year, we had to clean up super fast and get out of there!! After we got back we got all showered and ate dinner, then Gavin my Dad, Mom and me were in their 5th wheel and we turned out the lights and Gavin had his huge flashlight so we started telling "Ghost Stories" I took some pictures it was so funny, Gavin likes to do this until he scares himself!!! That night it rained and the wind was pretty strong too, we were in the tent and Gavin woke up scared so I pulled him and Paisley on the bed with me and we said a prayer (I was hoping it would work as soon as we said Amen) but it didn't and so we started singing primary songs trying to make it so Gavin wasn't scared. That didn't work either so we took the kids into my parents and Dallas and I went back to the tent, we could hear the tornado siren (Paisley) screaming from the trailer so we went back and rescued her, she is such a Mommy's girl!! The wind and the rain finally died down and we took Gavin back in the tent. This was a long night with no sleep. Anyways the trip was fun, we look forward to going every year, next year we are planning on staying longer!! Here's a few of the pictures that I took...
