Gavin finally gave up the tooth!!!!

Finally Gavin decided he wanted money instead of holding onto his tooth since he lost it!! So last night we took him in his room had him put his tooth under his pillow and then told him to lay down and go to sleep quickly so the tooth fairy could come, well... he didn't like that idea. He got scared. So we said a prayer so he wouldn't be scared of the tooth fairy... and I even gave him a demonstration of how the tooth fairy gets his tooth and leaves money so he knew that he knew it wouldn't scare him....Dallas walked him back to him room to tuck him in and instead Gavin came back in my room on the verge of tears handing me back him tooth. So I decided that we would lay in his room with him so he wouldn't be afraid of the dang tooth fairy. So Gavin and I layed in his bed, Dallas got the floor and we layed there until Gavin fell asleep. Finally he did and this morning he came in the room too dang early and said he was scared, I didn't want to deal with it and Darth Vader was clueless to Gavin being in the room so I just let him climb into bed with us. Dallas had to get up for work and Gavin woke up again and wanted to go and see if the tooth fairy came! Sure enough the tooth fairy did come and he got two golden dollars!! He was sure happy. He said he isn't scared of the tooth fairy anymore... we'll see... maybe it'll keep him from knocking his other teeth loose....
